Large factories of clothing must constantly look for outlets for their products. They must have an active and creative marketing department to be able to maintain their clientele and develop new accounts. They maintain groups of wholesalers who handle designated areas where they have to find retailers for the clothing line.
These wholesalers of baby clothing are also maintaining respective retailers in their areas. If they have a sales volume to meet with the manufacturer, they will be more active in convincing their retailers of getting more than what they used to order. If the quota is impossible to meet with their existing accounts, they need to look for new retailers that could help them reach the quota. This is the only way to qualify for the incentive scheme.
